Our diverse team of real people experiences the full spectrum of emotions, including happiness, sadness, excitement, and frustration. These genuine emotions contribute to our uniqueness and shape our identity.

Hey I’m Ken!
When it comes to life I am passionate about my family and running. These are two of my top priorities. When we get a chance to talk, I’ll be ready to have great conversations about video games and comic books. Yeah, I’m a total nerd.
For ESP Print and Mail, I oversee all departments in the company. I coordinate with many of our partner companies to make their print a reality.
What I want to achieve for you is to make a seamless transition from design to print. One of my main goals is to make print as fun as I can for you, and make it as simple as possible.

Here at ESP, I am responsible for the vision and future endeavors of the company. My strength is built around taking an idea, and putting it into action. My passion is to help the company expand products and services to better help our clients needs and make us the best printing company around!
Outside of work I am obsessed with technology and anything financial. I love to keep up with the latest and greatest about phones, computers, or anything tech. That is of course, when my two sons give me a moment of quiet, which is almost never!

As Production Manager, I lead the manufacturing team. Knowledge, passion, and quality workmanship are the foundations I invoke into our production team because I believe these characteristics fuel our ability to make you successful.
I am nothing if not an outdoor enthusiast. With each hunting expedition, every cast of the fishing line, every campfire under the starlit sky, every ride through untamed terrain, and each voyage on the open water, I embrace the unknown and celebrate the sheer thrill of adventure that only the wild outdoors can bring.

Since 2012, I have had the pleasure at ESP Print and Mail of working closely with our customers as an account manager. This means that daily, I have the opportunity to get to know you, our clients, listen to your needs and help determine solutions to growing your business through print and mail. My goal is to help you source the highest quality products and services through us so that you have marketing products that make you proud!
When not meeting and consulting clients, I'm finding every opportunity to spend time with my family. Most often, with my children in tow, we drag my wife along on outdoor excursions to build memories in activities we enjoy, like camping, fishing, and hunting!

As Inside Sales, I network and try to build new relationships with businesses in Idaho. I am one of the first faces and voices new businesses will hear from as I call, introduce, and chat all about print!

I’m more than a friendly voice though! Outside the office, I’m hollering at my kids. They keep me energetic, passionate, caring, and silly on our outdoor adventures filled with gardening, camping, and hiking. Our goal is to soak up the sun every chance we get!

Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about traveling. Immersing myself in new cultures and destinations not only broadens my personal horizons but also fuels my creativity and problem-solving at work.

I aim to enhance our clients' experience by carefully managing their data, making mailing processes smoother, and delivering results that exceed expectations. By focusing on precision and reliability, I hope to help our clients succeed and strengthen our partnerships.
I am passionate about continuous learning and education. Pursuing a Master's in Business Administration is a key step for me to enhance my skills, broaden my knowledge, and make a meaningful impact in my career. This commitment to education not only supports my personal growth but also equips me to contribute more effectively in the business world.

I'm more than a designer, though! On the days I'm feeling adventurous and the weather cooperates, you'll find me exploring nature with my mastiff, but when the day calls for indoor relaxation, I'm gaming and listening to my favorite bluegrass tunes.
